Started by Mr Philip Choo in 2005, he has gained invaluable experiences in the education field throughout his career in training and education. One of his most exciting project was the very successful implementation of the University of Cambridge Local Examinations' International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers in Singapore. He has also piloted programmes accredited by The College of Teachers (United Kingdom) since 2003.
